This was released in 1993 just prior to KoЯn self titled debut. It was available in very limited quantities (I'm not sure how many, if you know, let me know)  as a 12" red vinyl promo only (I have one :). The mp3 has been recorded from vinyl and had the cracks and pops removed. This has only once been released on CD on a very odd Christmas compilation in limited quantities.
